Okinawa / remote island 550 yen (tax included)

About shipping date
We usually ship within 2 business days of your order.
The shipping date is every Monday and Thursday (excluding holidays).

About the delivery company
It will be shipped by Yamato Courier.
Okinawa / remote islands will be delivered by sea, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days after shipping.

After completing the shipping procedure, we will email you the tracking number.

If the item cannot be delivered due to unknown address or long absence , a separate shipping fee will be charged for reshipment arrangements.

About overseas shipping
Asia: 1500 yen
North America / Europe / Other regions: 2000 yen

It will be delivered by DHL.
You can check the shipping fee on the checkout screen.
Free shipping on orders over 30,000 yen.
Customs duty is not included. You may be charged at the time of receipt.

About returns and exchanges
We also accept returns and exchanges with different images. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us by email or CONTACT US within 7 days after the item arrives.

Sale items, earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The return fee will be borne by the customer.
A handling fee of 1100 yen will be charged for returns for customer convenience.
We will exchange the size only once for free.

About cancellation
If you contact us before shipping, we will accept cancellation.
If you wish to cancel after shipping, you will be responsible for the return fee to us.

Non-returnable items

Items with stains / traces of wear
Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
Items that were not returned within the return period
