About shipping date
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping days are Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

About shipping company
Shipment will be made by Sagawa Express.
Okinawa and remote islands will be shipped by sea, and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days after shipment.

We will inform you of the tracking number by e-mail after the shipping procedure is completed.

Handling charges
If an item cannot be delivered due to an unknown address or long-term absence, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to arrange reshipment.

If you refuse to receive your order, cancel your order after it has been shipped, or send it back to us after the storage period has passed, we will charge you a handling fee of 2,500 yen. (3,000 yen for Okinawa and remote islands). (3,000 yen for Okinawa and remote islands)

North America/Europe/other areas: 2,000 yen
