RETURN POLICY

We also accept returns and exchanges with different images. If you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact us by email or CONTACT US within 7 days after the item arrives.

Sale items / earrings / ear cuffs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The return fee will be borne by the customer.
A handling fee of 1100 yen will be charged for returns for customer convenience.
We will exchange the size only once for free.
