・About shipping
Orders placed by 3:00pm on Saturday, April 27th will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after this date will be shipped from Friday, May 3rd.

・About inquiries
Calls and emails received by 5:00pm on Saturday, April 27th will be answered on the same day.
Any enquiries received after this date will be handled from Friday, May 3rd.

Orders placed by 10:00 on Friday, May 3rd will be delivered free of charge. (Excluding Okinawa and remote islands)
