Returns and Exchanges

You can use the return and exchange guarantee for online orders within 7 days of receiving the product. If you return the product for your own reasons, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged. Whether you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact Client Service.

We only accept size exchanges once. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all packaging and accessories. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. If there is a problem with the product, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items not eligible for return or exchange

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases.

- If more than 7 days have passed since delivery - If the item is not returned within the specified period
- The item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered , including the packaging.
・Products that have been used even once ・Products that show signs of wear ・Products with missing or damaged accessories such as boxes or drawstring bags ・Products with safety issues such as earrings ・Products with wrapping, shoppers, or sale items
